The Trailer Handbook

The Trailer Handbook describes the layout and handling of our clinic trailers.
AGS has 2 trailers; Trailer-1 (T1) from 2018 and Trailer-2 (T2) from 2021.
The trailer is to be perceived as an empty clinic room. Before a project, the trailer must be supplied with equipment and materials in accordance with the planned product(s). However, because this rolling room is OUR internal space, extra equipment and materials can be found stored in the around-traveling trailer.
Technical supervision, transport and placement/connection of trailers are carried out by our Driver Erik (possibly Peter). The nurse just needs to show up at the customer’s address – possibly bring a clinic kit and materials (by appointment), lock herself in and set up the equipment. The key is in a small box on the outside of the trailer.
The clinic resource is responsible for internal cleaning during the clinic project itself, as well as clamping loose parts before transport – again, after the appointment.
The actual performance of examinations in the trailer follows the usual defined product competencies, only with the addition that the hearing test takes place in the Box.
Interior
The trailer is furnished with 3 compartments; We call the entrance room the Waiting Room with a storage room/lockers, and to the clinic room, from which there is access to the Hearing Test box.
One cabinet in the waiting room contains technical items for handling the trailer (A few tools, spirit level, electrical cable, outrigger plates, chocks, etc.). The other cabinets are used for clinic materials.
There are 2 electric heating panels and LED lights in the ceiling. Trailer2 has underfloor heating instead of one heating panel.
In trailer 2 there is also a locked wardrobe, a locker for cleaning supplies, and in the clinic room a fridge and a small lockable locker for the handbag.
Hearing test box
The so-called Audiometric Box is an AB-4230 model from Eckel Industries in Canada, weighs approx. 300 kg and attenuates the sound 46+ dB at 1000 Hz, ref. ASTM 596-77 test standard.
The box is equipped with light and ventilation that is turned on/off in the ceiling inside the box if power is connected to the trailer.
During trailer driving, the Box door must be locked and the safety split installed (Trailer1).
The chair is placed against the front wall on the left side.
The headset is connected to one of the 2 USB connectors, and on the outside (front) the PC is connected accordingly.
